Introduction to Handstands
Standing on our hands is no easy task but it can be a lot of fun to practice!
Over the two 75 min workshops we will explore mobility, strength, skills/drills and balancing exercises that will become the building blocks for the journey to handstands.
Often we do not have the time in our Asana practice to incorporate these components to really deepen our exploration and so Emma will offer this space as a safe, fun and curious experience for practitioners of all ages and experience!
