Mobility and strength drills for yoga
Our yoga practice is a precious gift that we hope to maintain for the rest of our lives, the joy of yoga is that it can be accessible at any stage of our lives and is a multifaceted experience.
To support this practice it is important that we continue to strengthen and build mobility in the muscles which can increase body awareness, reduce risk of injury, assist with alignment and improve range of motion.
The intention of this class is to have an environment for all levels of experience to come and participate. We will begin with a warm up, move into skills and drills exercises and end with a savasana.
