A gentle farewell to Tilly ✨
Join us for a special class to celebrate Tilly before she heads off on her European adventure. This will be a simple, feel-good 45-minute flow — an opportunity to move, breathe, and share in the practice she has been part of here with us.
After class, we’ll gather for tea and cake, taking a little time to connect, reflect, and send her off with warmth and well wishes.
This is a free offering, with love — but bookings are essential so we can make the space comfortable for everyone.
