Synergy Vinyasa Yoga Fundamentals Water Sequence

This is a steady paced flowing fundamental level practice.
It is recommended that before you practice along to this video you watch the whole video through and take your time to slowly build up to feeling comfortable to move through the entire class. Press pause and take breaks whenever you need to.
Never push the body, but be patient and respond to your bodies changing needs with intelligence and care.
Online practice should not take place of working with an experienced teacher , but is an excellent way to begin to develop ones own home practice, which is a precious gift.
Water is the second of the 5 YogaSynergy sequences – the year is underway, routine established, the weather cooling down, but still comfortable. Water is the binding element, the conductor of all the other elements, necessary for survival. Our blood, lymph and other fluids move between our cells and through our vessels, bringing energy, carrying away wastes, regulating temperature, bringing disease fighters, and carrying hormonal information from one area to another. The water sequence practice boosts our immune system in preparation for the winter. The intention with which we practice the water sequence is to bring about change through fluid movement.
