These sessions are designed around you — your body, your history, and what you are currently needing from practice. Whether you are working with injury, navigating pain, returning after time away, or simply wanting a more specific and supported approach, private sessions allow the space for a deeper level of attention and understanding.
Rather than following a general class structure, Amelia will take the time to explore what is most useful for you. This may include movement, breathwork, strength and stability work, or simple ways to support your body in everyday life.
There is space to move at your own pace, to ask questions, and to develop a practice that feels both sustainable and responsive.
